1. BUNAKEN NATIONAL PARK
Bunaken National Park has a coral reef ecosystem is very rich. [3] There are about 390 species of coral reefs in the region. [2] species of algae that can be found in the Bunaken National Park is Caulerpa, Halimeda and Padina, while seaweed species were encountered is Thalassia hemprichii, Enhallus acoroides, and Thalassaodendron ciliatum. 2. WAKATOBI NATIONAL PARK
Wakatobi National Park is one of 50 national parks in Indonesia, which is located in the district of Wakatobi, Southeast Sulawesi. This national park is set in 1996, with a total area of 1.39 million ha, of the biodiversity of the sea, scale and condition of coral; which occupies one of the highest priority position of marine conservation in Indonesia. The depth of water in the park is varied, the deepest reaching 1,044 meters below sea level.
In this park there are panoramic beauty of the underwater world that has 25 pieces of coral reefs. Coral reefs can be found around 112 types from 13 families located on 25 points along 600 km of coastline, In addition to the beauty that is presented by the diverse coral reef, the park also has a variety of fish species. Fish species richness of this national park which is owned as many as 93 species of fish consumption and trade of ornamental fish.

4. CENDRAWASIH BAY NATIONAL PARK
Cendrawasih Bay National Park is the largest marine national park in Indonesia, consisting of land and coastal areas (0.9%), mainland islands (3.8%), coral reefs (5.5%), and ocean waters (89.8%).
This national park is located in the Gulf of Paradise, the province of West Papua. Bay National Park includes the island of Paradise Mioswaar, Nusrowi, Roon, Rumberpon and Yoop.
Potential coral Cendrawasih Bay National Park recorded 150 species from 15 families, and spread on the banks of 18 large and small islands. The percentage of live coral cover varies between 30.40% to 65.64%. Generally, coral reef ecosystems are divided into two zones: the reef zones (reef flat) and reef slope zones (reef slope). The types of coral that can be seen among other blue coral colonies (Heliopora coerulea), black corals (Antiphates sp.), And Pectiniidae Faviidae family, as well as various types of soft corals.
Famous Cendrawasih Bay National Park is rich in fish species. Recorded approximately 209 species of fish including the inhabitants of this region butterflyfish, angelfish, damselfish, parrotfish, rabbitfish, and anemonefish.
There are four species of sea turtles that often landed in the national park is the hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), green turtle (Chelonia mydas), olive ridley turtles (Lepidochelys olivaceae), and the leatherback turtle (Dermochelys coriacea). Dugongs (Dugong dugon), blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus), coconut crabs (Birgus latro), dolphins, and sharks are often seen in the waters of Cendrawasih Bay National Park.
